Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026.

The short version: PaintBid's calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter — rooms, rates, markups, quotes, client names — are stored only in your browser's local storage on your own device. They are never sent to, stored on, or visible to us or any third party.

What we collect

We do not operate user accounts and we do not collect estimate or quote data. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) may process standard technical logs (such as IP address and user agent) for security and reliability purposes, and privacy-respecting aggregate analytics may be used to understand which pages are visited. No analytics data includes the contents of your estimates.

Local storage

Your drafts are saved with your browser's local storage so you can close the tab and come back. You can delete them at any time with the "Start over" buttons in the tools, or by clearing your browser's site data.

Cookies

PaintBid does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
